About Mandela Way
With prime access to central London, Mandela Way is one of several projects currently being added to British Land’s £1.3bn Greater London urban logistics solutions.
The new space will help us to unlock new opportunities for sustainable urban growth for both e-commerce giants and local businesses – optimising last-mile delivery.
Mandela Way will be ready for occupation in August 2025 providing:
- c.155,000 sq ft multi-level last-mile logistics space
- Flexible unit sizes
- A Southwark location for inbound transportation and delivery into central London
- A BREEAM Excellent rating (utilising low-carbon materials and circular economy strategies)
