About Southwark Urban Logistics
With prime access to central London, Southwark Urban Logistics is one of several projects currently being added to British Land’s £1.3bn Greater London urban logistics solutions.
The new flexible warehouse space will help us to unlock new opportunities for sustainable urban growth for both e-commerce giants and local businesses – optimising last-mile delivery.
Southwark Urban Logistics will be ready for occupation in August 2025 providing:
- c.167,000 sq ft multi-level last-mile warehouse and industrial space
- Flexible unit sizes
- A Southwark location for inbound transportation and delivery into central London
- A BREEAM Excellent rating (utilising low-carbon materials and circular economy strategies)
